Recruitment


CIVA provides you with the opportunity to hire candidates who have attained the company's standards of quality, via either one of two contractual relationships: permanent status or an integrative approach.

 

Permanent Status


You acquire the rights to the employee for a predetermined percentage of his or her annual salary.

 

Integrative Approach


You pay an incremented hourly rate to CIVA for the hours worked by the employee and we, in turn, pay the employee at the regular hourly rate after receiving the appropriate time sheets. The employee must complete the number of hours stipulated before being eligible to achieve permanent status in the financial institution.

Some of the benefits of the integrative approach:

  • You pay an incremented salary, but are not burdened by fringe benefit disbursements, nor the tiresome procedures involved in terminating an employee who is employed by an agency;
  • You do not have to pay an indemnity in lieu of notice in the event of a dismissal;
  • You can ascertain the quality of the employee's work before hiring him or her on a permanent basis;
  • You save money on recruitment expenses and salary administration.

Training


Training is a service that precedes the sale, which ensures that you will only hire employees who have been scrutinized and who meet CIVA quality standards. In addition, the candidates you hire will have a basic knowledge of banking products and services and a certain understanding pertaining to selling financial products, which will make their integration into your organization a lot easier. Finally, you will be able to save on some of the time that your company would normally have to spend to train the new employee.
