| Description du poste | Le conseiller en placement est responsable de répondre aux appels des clients désirant obtenir des renseignements sur les produits et services de placement de l'institution financière. Il doit conseiller et informer le client sur ses demandes tout en lui offrant un service à la clientèle de qualité exceptionnelle.
Pré-requis: expert en service à la clientèle minimum d'un diplôme d'études collégiales complété expérience professionnelle dans le domaine financier (atout) intérêt pour le domaine financier parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français)
Conditions d'emploi: horaire: lundi au vendredi 8h00 à 20h00 (un soir par semaine jusqu'à 20h00) salaire: 36 000$ à 40 000$ annuel selon l'expérience expérience reconnue pour le CFA poste permanent

The mutual funds advisor is responsible to answer the calls of clients concerning investment services and products offered by the financial institution. The advisor has to inform the client on his demands and offer him an exceptionnal customer service.
Requirements: expert in customer service minimum of a college diploma completed experience in the financial industry (added value) interest for finance perfectly bilingual (french and english)
Job conditions: schedule: monday to friday 8am to 8 pm (once a week until 8 pm) salary: 36 000$ to 42 000$ annually according to experience recognized experience for the CFA program permanent position
