Who We Are?

CIVA Solutions Ressources Humaines Inc. specializes in human resource recruitment, training and professional development in the financial institution sector. Our experience in human resource management in the banking sector enables us to offer a wide assortment of services with significant added value to financial institutions looking for people who aspire to a banking career.

We offer selected candidates a week of training geared towards introducing them to the range of Canadian banking products and services in the market. This apprenticeship period enables us to carry out our evaluation of the candidates and to submit the names of the people who meet CIVA quality standards to interested financial institutions. Once a candidate is hired by a financial institution, CIVA will register the new employee in the investment funds in Canada course given by the Institute of Canadian Bankers and accompany the latter until they pass their exam, four months after registration.
